📋 Description

• Define and implement a comprehensive testing strategy across multiple product areas. • Execute functional, regression, integration, and user testing processes. • Collaborate with engineers and analysts to verify complex logic flows and edge cases. • Work with REST/HTTP APIs, SQL, databases, and logs for end-to-end validation. • Create and maintain test documentation: test cases, checklists, bug reports. • Set up and evolve QA processes, including CI/CD integration and test coverage expansion. • Lead and mentor a QA team: allocate tasks, monitor progress, conduct performance reviews. • Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and analytics teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including 2+ years in a team lead role. • Hands-on background in fintech QA (payments, banking integrations, processing). • Excellent command of SQL and ability to query large datasets for validation. • Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, client-server architecture, and logs. • Experience designing and executing complex test cases and scenarios. • Proactive leadership style with strong communication skills. • Ability to independently manage quality processes and ensure high standards. • Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian is a must. • Familiarity with cryptocurrency wallets, blockchain transactions, and smart contracts is a plus. • Previous experience in iGaming / gambling / betting domain is a plus. • Exposure to automation tools (Postman, Cypress, Playwright, JMeter) is a plus. • Understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Git, Jira, and Confluence is a plus. • Experience writing automated tests and integrating them into workflows is a plus.
