• Develop and execute strategies related to product, pricing, promotions, negotiations, and vendor relations • Drive category growth and profitability through strategic decisions • Manage and develop Merchants as part of a cohesive team • Negotiate with vendors to secure pricing and promotional budgets • Oversee category metrics (KPIs) to drive performance
🎯 Requirements
• Twelve (12) years of progressive experience in Merchandising • Strong data analysis and pricing strategy background • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with Google Business Suite preferred • WMS, EDI, SAP, Asana, Tableau experience a plus
