📋 Description

• Imagen Technologies: AI-enabled platform enabling diagnostic tests and immediate results in Primary Care appointments • Transform complex clinical and operational data into actionable insights to shape strategy and improve patient care • Own the analytical lifecycle, including regression analysis and statistical inference, and synthesize clinical results • Partner with leaders across Finance, Product, and Care Delivery and translate findings into compelling narratives • Lead creation of dashboards and reports to inform business actions • Collaborate with product owners and business users to implement data product requirements • Create data models by cleaning, transforming, and aggregating data from disparate sources • Analyze customer claims data to evaluate impact on patient outcomes and cost of care • Communicate results to internal stakeholders and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of overall experience with 2+ years of experience as a Senior Analyst • Bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics, etc.) • Developing visualizations for business intelligence (e.g., Tableau dashboards) • Proficient in SQL, Python (pandas), and Git • Preferred: 3+ years Healthcare claims data experience with understanding of medical coding systems (CPT, ICD-10, DRG, etc.) • Preferred: Experience with data transformation tools (e.g. dbt) • Preferred: Knowledge of risk adjustment models
