📋 Description
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of implementation projects • Ensure requirements are clearly captured and the customer is positioned for success • Ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time and of high quality • Perform risk management and implement measures to correct • Create and distribute pertinent information and status reports to management and customers • Lead customer and internal calls • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality product and service • Build partnerships with customer counterparts
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of project management experience in the healthcare insurance industry • Experience leading large-scale projects • Well-organized with a strong attention to detail • Self-starter and accountable, with a track record of delivering strong performance • Experience collaborating effectively across various levels and areas, internal and external • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to understand and support the customer • Understanding of healthcare payers, TPAs, and other key stakeholders in the healthcare marketplace • US Healthcare claims experience • Experience using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
