• ImageX has an immediate opportunity for a talented Marketing & Events Manager to join our team in a distributed, remote environment. • This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package and growth opportunities. • The role is based in Brazil with preference for Sao Paulo or Campinas residents. • ImageX values flexibility, open collaboration, and a strong company culture with recognition and awards. • Responsibilities include coordinating integrated marketing campaigns and internal events; working with Marketing and HR; supporting LATAM teams. • You will join a distributed workforce focused on open-source and delivering digital experiences.
• Bachelor's Degree and/or certifications in related fields • 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing or operations role • Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing and internal/external events • Extensive experience managing day-to-day operations within a marketing team • Ability to manage a diverse range of marketing campaigns across various channels • Experience organizing, planning and managing marketing events and promotions • Experience managing a corporate website • Experience with various Marketing tools, i.e. Email software, Webinar software, Website Analytics, etc. • Superior written and verbal communication (C1 or C2 level of English) and strong problem-solving skills • Excellent time management, prioritization, organization and coordination skills • Strong ability to work autonomously and collaboratively - across departments and time zones • A proactive mindset and passion for bringing people together - digitally and in person • Familiarity with Latin American workplace culture and cross-cultural collaboration
