• Establish and direct the strategic vision and objectives for the Imagine Pediatrics centralized call center • Develop the Imagine Pediatrics centralized member contact and engagement center • Create strategy and direction to lead a team of engagement associates • Lead centralized outreach team to support timely initial member outreach and initial enrollment • Be accountable for executing enrollment targets through team build, team performance management • Serve as a strategic thought leader and partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams • Stay abreast of new call center technology and service concepts
• 10+ years of healthcare experience; 3+ years of management experience, preferably with experience in a start-up or hypergrowth environment. • Demonstrated success in the patient engagement space, ideally prior experience in the Medicaid space, and leading centralized and remote teams. • Track record of leading teams and building operations functions from the ground up. • Ability to identify and manage key operations metrics and budgets to meet or exceed targets and establish best-in-class scalable engagement models. • Experience establishing and executing against organizational goals, policies, and procedures. • Demonstrable track record of working well across teams and with external partners.
