📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations using low-code/no-code tools (Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, Workflow Studio) • Administer the ServiceNow platform, including instance configuration, user/role management, ACLs, and module setup • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow application development and deployment (update sets, application scopes, source control integration) • Develop and manage REST/SOAP API integrations connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise systems • Support ITSM, ITOM, and/or SecOps module configuration and enhancement, as applicable to contract requirements • Automate platform operations and reporting to improve system reliability, security posture, and operational visibility • Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to align ServiceNow development with federal security and compliance requirements (NIST, FISMA) • Troubleshoot platform issues, manage upgrades/patches, and maintain instance health and performance • Partner with Program Management and technical leads to support contract deliverables and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in DevOps engineering, with demonstrated ServiceNow development and administration experience • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow low-code/no-code tools (Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, or similar) • Proficiency building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and platform customization • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps automation practices applied to ServiceNow application lifecycle • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment • U.S. Citizenship (per contract requirements)
