📋 Description

• Monitor and moderate online community discussions to ensure a positive and respectful atmosphere. • Engage with users through comments, direct messages, and forum posts to build strong relationships and encourage participation. • Respond to inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. • Create and share engaging content that aligns with the community's interests and values. • Identify and report any potential issues or trends that arise within the community. • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and initiatives. • Assist in the development and execution of community-focused events and activities. • Analyze community metrics and generate regular reports to track growth and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field). • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to tailor messages to different audiences. • Passionate about fostering a positive online community and connecting with people. • Familiarity with major social media platforms, forums, and online community tools. • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Detail-oriented and able to maintain a professional and empathetic tone in communications. • Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting is a plus. • A proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable approach to work.
