• Build client relationships and craft innovative project designs • Lead a team of consultants on high-impact projects • Partner with Head of Consulting to develop strategic vision • Drive business development and manage client engagements
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of strategy or management consulting experience • At least 4 years focused on life sciences or pharma • Strong track record managing teams to deliver innovation
