• Take ownership of high-impact projects • Lead client engagements and mentor a team of consultants • Drive business development efforts and craft compelling proposals • Partner with Head of Consulting to develop strategic vision for the practice • Ensure projects deliver tangible outcomes and client satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of strategy or management consulting experience • At least 4 years focused on life sciences or pharma • Confident partnering with Sales team on calls with prospective clients • Deep expertise working in-house or on life sciences Consultancy projects
