📋 Description

• Provide support and consulting to international existing customers for implemented SAP applications and associated business processes • Analyze customer requirements and specify, implement, and coordinate program and interface modifications • Handle customer inquiries according to ITIL-based support processes and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Support the further development of SAP IS-OIL solutions through professional consulting, testing, and quality assurance • Provide 2nd-level support for SAP products under the SAP partner agreement, working closely with SAP and internal development teams • Handover implementation projects to the support organization

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification • Professional experience in the SAP environment (SD/MM) • Professional experience and enthusiasm for programming (ABAP, RAP, CAP) • Strong customer and service orientation • Excellent analytical skills • Motivated with a quick aptitude for learning new modules and processes • Resilient, team-oriented, and communicative • Independent, responsible, and structured way of working • Knowledge of interfaces is an advantage • Good command of English; German skills desirable
