📋 Description

• Own strategy, analysis, and execution workstreams end to end • Support fundraising and investor relations by preparing materials, coordinating diligence, and maintaining momentum • Support partnerships and go-to-market through research, outreach, and relationship management • Support hiring by drafting role specifications and coordinating the candidate pipeline • Build processes, trackers, and systems for a fast-moving company • Handle analysis, coordination, follow-ups, and decisions requiring clear ownership • Work directly with the GM in a lean team supported by specialised AI agents

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of operating with real ownership, ideally in a startup, venture builder, consulting, or investment environment • Strong analytical and written communication skills • Ability to think in first principles • Comfort with ambiguity and solving problems without a predefined brief • High agency and follow-through • Genuine interest in AI, venture building, and building a company from the validation stage • Organised and reliable • Comfort working directly with senior people and external partners • Ability to leverage AI agents as a force multiplier • Pragmatic approach to balancing thoroughness and speed • Bonus: experience in venture building, early-stage startups, or founder's office roles • Bonus: experience supporting fundraising, partnerships, or GTM at an early stage • Bonus: experience with AI products or fast-moving technical environments • Bonus: experience building trackers, dashboards, or tools
