📋 Description

• Own end-to-end technical architecture, translating requirements into robust solution designs • Lead analysis of technical and integration requirements • Review current-state architecture and define target integration patterns across complex enterprise landscapes • Provide hands-on technical setup, configuration and workflow-automation guidance to developers and consultants • Serve as the main technical customer contact for architectural matters • Provide technical governance by setting and upholding standards, reviewing technical artefacts, and evaluating change requests and deviations from specification • Conduct sprint reviews and provide architectural feedback and technical oversight throughout delivery • Own and maintain architecture documentation • Ensure solutions align with Salesforce Well-Architected principles and security, data and performance standards • Lead client-facing meetings and workshops from requirements gathering through demonstration • Work on large-scale, integration-heavy Salesforce projects in the Energy & Utilities sector

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent understanding of the Salesforce platform and its architecture • Experience in Energy & Utilities Cloud / Salesforce Industries • Proven experience designing and governing complex, integration-heavy Salesforce solutions in a large enterprise environment • Deep, hands-on knowledge of integration patterns and approaches, including APIs, events and middleware, between Salesforce and external systems • Experience gained from a range of projects, ideally involving 100+ users • One or more Salesforce Architect-level certifications, such as Application Architect or System Architect • Ability to solve complex problems and concisely summarise and share findings • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills • Knowledge of agile working practices, particularly Scrum, and tools such as Jira • Ability to work successfully in a team with diverse interests and backgrounds • Preferred: Salesforce Integration Architect and/or System Architect certifications; Certified Technical Architect (CTA) • Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II • Preferred: Salesforce Industries / OmniStudio and Energy & Utilities Cloud credentials • Preferred: familiarity with AI-assisted development and architecture tooling, such as Claude and GitHub Copilot • Must already have the right to live and work within the United Kingdom • Visa sponsorship is not provided
