📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between IT teams and business areas, understanding the needs of internal clients and translating them into technical requirements; • Actively participate in the elicitation, modeling and documentation of business processes; • Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications for the development of IT solutions; • Oversee implementations and conduct user acceptance testing of solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements; • Propose improvements and optimizations to existing processes and systems to increase organizational efficiency and productivity; • Support change management efforts, promoting adoption of implemented solutions by business areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis or related fields; • Proficiency in business processes supported by the SAP SD module; • Familiarity with SAP TM and SAP EWM solutions; • Strong knowledge of business process elicitation and modeling; • Ability to elicit and specify requirements with stakeholders; • Proficiency with process modeling and documentation tools (e.g., BPMN, UML).
