• Identify and validate clients’ business needs and Salesforce application requirements • Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring alignment of expectations and deliverables • Support project managers with managing the client relationship and deliverables • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, process flows, and system changes • Work with stakeholders to define product vision and Salesforce application requirements • Attend and facilitate requirements gathering meetings with the client to identify business needs, functional and system requirements • Perform UAT and post-deployment testing to ensure accurate implementation of the needed business, functional and system requirements • Provide regular and open communication across the program and stakeholders for transparency and awareness of progress and impediments • Understand, visualize, and manage upstream/downstream dependencies • Drive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity • Communicate requirements to developers, testers, and stakeholders • Demonstrate product functionality to stakeholders • Track and communicate project metrics and progress, and help manage risks and dependencies • Prioritize the features and epics on the program backlog • Write user stories and prioritize them based on the requirements • Support effective change management practices • Create Salesforce training materials and guides • Ensure Salesforce solutions are aligned with internal policies and compliance standards • Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce tools or integrations
• US citizen or Authorized to Work • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, IT Project Manager, or in a similar role • 6+ years of Salesforce experience • Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban • Must have agile certifications. SAFe or POPM certification preferred • Salesforce certification preferred; specifically Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
