📋 Description

• Scale the engineering and delivery teams from ~50 to 100+ people during the next growth cycle • Build the right leadership structure: tech leads, delivery managers, QA leads, and engineering managers • Establish and optimize delivery processes, SDLC workflows, QA frameworks, and engineering standards • Join client calls as the senior technical representative—bringing credibility and clarity • Drive the technical vision aligned with the company’s and Index’s growth strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in delivery and operational leadership roles • Strong technical foundation with the ability to speak confidently across architecture, engineering, and delivery • Commercially aware and able to support sales conversations by building trust—not selling • Strong operational mindset with experience implementing processes, KPIs, and delivery governance • Able to lead through integration and change in a newly acquired environment.
