• Originate, execute, and manage equity / debt transactions. • Conduct comprehensive industry and company-specific research to support deal execution. • Prepare detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos. • Lead due diligence processes, coordinating with legal, tax, and regulatory teams. • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. • Provide strategic advice to clients on capital raising and M&A opportunities. • Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments affecting the BFSI sector and relevant sub-sectors. • Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. • Minimum 7-14 years of progressive experience in Investment Banking, with a focus on equity deals. • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction execution. • Proven track record of successfully closing equity transactions in the BFSI sector, including FinTech, Consumer, Healthcare, or Education. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial modeling software.
