📋 Description

• Help ambitious high school students develop research directions and formulate research questions • Help students engage with academic literature and understand academic research and writing fundamentals • Teach students to structure arguments, synthesize sources, develop paragraphs, and communicate clearly in academic English • Guide students in drafting introductions, literature reviews, methodology framing, and other structured paper sections • Provide actionable feedback on structure, argumentation, clarity, coherence, transitions, academic tone, and paragraph-level writing • Help students establish research and writing workflows, milestones, and drafting and revision momentum • Provide frameworks, guidance, and feedback while maintaining student ownership of ideas and written work • Coordinate with Research Mentors to complement the research mentorship process • Review student materials before sessions and maintain accurate session notes and progress tracking • Submit session reports within 48 hours and respond to Indigo communications within 48 hours

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Top 20 universities • Strong background in academic writing and research • Experience teaching or coaching writing at a high school or undergraduate level • Ability to break down complex writing concepts into clear, actionable guidance • Comfortable working with high-achieving, international students • Able to balance structure and flexibility based on student needs • Ability to submit session reports within 48 hours • Ability to respond to Indigo communications within 48 hours
