• Proactively and agilely prospect for new business opportunities within a defined territory. • Promote our application-domain consultants (developers, data engineers, business analysts, etc.) to meet clients' technical assistance needs. • Tenaciously negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to achieve outstanding results. • Build strong, long-term client relationships by delivering an exceptional customer experience. • Work closely with the recruitment team to identify and attract future team members. • Actively participate in industry events to stay abreast of market trends.
• Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5). • Ideally 3–5 years of proven experience as a Commercial/Sales Engineer or in IT sales. • Strong knowledge of the IT sector and the ability to present the value of our consultants. • Knowledge and experience in the Banking/Finance/Insurance sector, ideally in Île-de-France (Paris region). • Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and client relationship management. • Team player with drive and a passion for achieving results. • Familiarity with technical assistance/service offerings is a plus.
