• Participate in technical workshops with the client and follow-up workshops. • Take part in BUILD activities, handling development and tracking in JIRA and/or ServiceNow: Design / Development / Testing / Business acceptance follow-up (UAT) / Production deployment. • Participate in RUN activities: keep assets operational, perform morning checks, and monitor and resolve incidents and service requests. • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize our work and evolve the platform (DevOps improvements, testing, performance, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of ESB technologies, notably TIBCO BW6 and MuleSoft. • Experience with APIs, particularly MuleSoft. • Solid skills in developing ESB and API solutions. • Experience in system and application migrations. • Ability to design and execute tests to ensure development quality. • Experience with business acceptance testing (UAT) follow-up and production deployments. • Ability to maintain assets in operational condition. • Incident resolution and service request management skills. • Experience with JIRA and/or ServiceNow for tracking developments and tasks. • Knowledge and experience of agile methodologies. • Active participation in continuous improvement initiatives (DevOps, testing, performance).
