đź“‹ Description

• Plan, coordinate, and manage events from end to end, including vendor sourcing, client management, and ensuring smooth execution of the entire event cycle • Prospect new partners to join our Marketplace • Prospect strategic partners to provide products and services for bundled products • Negotiate terms and prices with partners and providers • Onboard new partners • Be the main point of contact for the marketplace and redirect demand accordingly • Make sure the products and services offered by our partners are fulfilled • Lead co-marketing campaigns with partners • Register and track documents from our partners • Update and upkeep CRM and Trello boards • Research the market for new opportunities • Coordinate partnership-related projects with different teams • Produce comprehensive analysis and reports of activities and results.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in event planning, including managing the full event lifecycle, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring successful outcomes for clients • Experience with client relationships • Experience with platform training for partners • Knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion • Ability to source for suppliers and negotiate costs within budgets • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior • Lead generation experience • Excellent communication skills • Ability to execute under deadlines • Fluent English to communicate and interact with partners and colleagues around the world • Must have a personal computer and mobile phone • Flexibility to adapt to different time zones • Knowledge and experience with Hubspot or similar tools • Very (very) resilient to learn continuously in a startup.
