📋 Description

Instead, we lead through communication and trust. • Collectively the team knows who they can go to with questions. They know who always delivers. They know who can solve the hardest, trickiest problems. • Work with Property Managers on cash flow over a five year basis, preparation of annual budgets, and processing of client distributions. • The above is not a comprehensive list, and other duties may be assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Adept at maintaining organization, self-driven, and proficient in meeting rigorous reporting timelines. • Demonstrated track record of effectively managing multiple projects concurrently. • Commercial lease knowledge. • Yardi Voyager experience. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
