📋 Description

• Architect and implement end-to-end modern data platforms • Build scalable data pipelines, reporting layers, and AI data layers • Design data models for business, analytics, and AI consumption • Implement and operate production streaming and real-time systems • Scope requirements with client teams • Present architecture decisions and explain tradeoffs to stakeholders • Lead customer projects and implement client solutions • Act as a trusted partner to clients • Work directly with the CEO and alongside the senior team • Make architecture and implementation decisions across customer projects

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience building production data systems, with senior-level ownership of architecture decisions • Deep understanding of modern data architecture and platforms • Production implementation experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks • Hands-on experience building scalable and secure data pipelines • Experience with orchestration and transformation frameworks such as dbt • Experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP • Strong knowledge of data modeling approaches including Kimball, star schema, Data Vault, and OBT • Understanding of semantic layers, metadata, and governance for reliable LLM and agent consumption • Experience implementing streaming pipelines with Kafka, Flink, Redpanda, or similar • Clear communication with engineers, business stakeholders, and business leaders • Business orientation and results focus • Genuine interest in AI-driven data platform design
