• New Business Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team, focused on selling our BC Quick ERP Solution; client-facing, blends sales with account management, engaging with Finance Directors and CFOs. • You’ll be part of our New Business Team, helping clients transition from outdated accounting systems to modern, cloud-based ERP solutions; your mission is to understand each prospect’s business challenges, educate them on our approach, and guide them through the decision-making process with integrity and clarity.
• Business or Finance background (degree or equivalent experience) to effectively communicate with financial stakeholders. • Previous sales experience, selling Microsoft Dynamics BC or other ERP solutions highly desired • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to build rapport quickly and explain complex concepts clearly. • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously. • A consultative mindset - focused on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Lead the sales process for new clients, from initial contact through to signed agreement. • Engage with prospects to understand their business pain points, goals, and reasons for seeking a new ERP system. • Educate and consult with potential clients on the benefits of BC Quick and how our fixed-price, fixed-scope implementation model works. • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, particularly within finance departments. • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, maintaining momentum and clear communication throughout the sales cycle. • Coordinate internally with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth handovers and excellent customer experience. • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools. • The opportunity to work for one of the leading Microsoft Cloud Solution Partners in the UK. • Work in a great culture, highly ambitious, collaborative, humble and we pride ourselves in making others look cool be it our colleagues or clients. • Benefits include Unlimited Annual Leave, Private Healthcare, Life Assurance, Company Shares, Electric Car Scheme and Flexible Working. • A newly renovated office with a break-out area, decent coffee, and a pool table. • Weekly company events (Think Bigger Friday with Drinks) and quarterly social events with your teams and company-wide affairs including our very own ‘Illuminate’ Annual Awards Gala, Christmas Party, and summer fun.
