• Support the execution of Phase 2 integration and transformation projects, including workstreams tied to operational efficiency, system enablement, and synergy realization • Partner with functional leads to track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule and issues are escalated promptly • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including detailed action plans, issue logs, meeting notes, and executive status reports • Coordinate weekly leadership updates and consolidate progress across integration workstreams into clear, concise summaries for senior stakeholders • Assist in change management and communications to help drive adoption of new systems, tools, and operating models across teams • Collaborate with data and finance teams to track performance metrics, synergy realization, and post-integration results • Participate in site visits, operational assessments, and working sessions with global teams to support implementation efforts
• 3-5 years of professional experience in project management, business operations, transformation, or management consulting • Experience supporting M&A integration, business transformation, or large-scale change programs preferred • Strong project coordination and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to be comfortable preparing updates for senior and executive audiences • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project) • Familiarity with healthcare operations, technology, or RCM processes is a plus • Go-to-market (GTM) exposure or experience with commercial operations preferred • Willingness to travel up to 50% for onsite workshops, integration sessions, and leadership meetings • Self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and comfortable managing change in evolving environments • Collaborative, team-oriented, and focused on execution excellence.
