📋 Description

• Support Influur’s Finance operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant financial processes. • Manage billing cycles and collections to maintain healthy cash flow. • Collaborate with sales and leadership. • Lead and monitor the collections process to ensure on-time payments. • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and expense audits. • Create detailed and timely financial reports for leadership and key stakeholders. • Partner with the sales team for correct billing and client data alignment. • Support adherence to local financial and tax regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Is bilingual (English & Spanish) and can communicate effectively across teams and regions. • Has at least 2 years of experience in billing, collections, or similar financial roles. • Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail. • Thrives in fast-paced startup environments, embracing flexibility and ownership. • Brings a proactive, solution-driven mindset, eager to improve processes and support growth.
