📋 Description
• Review and improvement of processes following ITIL methodology and internal practices. • Analyze service consumption trends to reduce and automate processes. • Analyze area KPIs, monitor them, and develop improvement actions. • Monitor, handle, review, and improve the customer satisfaction survey. • Monitor calls, chat interactions, and remote support sessions for quality management. • Analyze key issues and address them through problem management. • Provide training and coaching for analysts (processes/procedures, customer service, and professional conduct).
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and performance indicators • Experience in customer satisfaction and delight • Advanced English for writing and conversation • Yellow Belt certification (plus) • Familiarity with 5W1H, ITIL, COBIT, IT Governance, ServiceNow, Power BI, etc.
