📋 Description

• Execute manual billing and manage automatic billing for Pipeline/Road Cell operations, ensuring the accurate and timely issuance of invoices and related documents • Monitor, analyze, and control volumes of products moved, reconciling with invoiced, returned, or transferred quantities as applicable • Ensure correct recording of return invoices and incoming transfer notes • Perform query, verification, and data entry activities in computerized systems to support billing planning • Carry out accounting, tax, and inventory closings for operations using the routines established in the Daily Occurrence Report to ensure billing integrity • Perform product purchasing operations, ensuring payments are made within contractual terms

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field • Relevant professional experience aligned with the required degree • Experience in leadership roles • Advanced, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Power BI, and SAP ECC
