📋 Description
• Review and improve processes following ITIL methodology and internal practices. • Analyze service consumption trends to reduce and automate processes. • Analyze the area's KPIs, monitor them, and develop improvement actions. • Monitor, manage, review, and enhance the customer satisfaction survey. • Monitor calls, chat interactions, and remote support sessions for quality assurance. • Analyze major issues and address them through problem management. • Provide training and development for analysts (processes/procedures, customer service, and professional conduct).
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and metrics • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction • Advanced written and spoken English • Preferred: Yellow Belt and familiarity with 5W1H, ITIL, COBIT, IT governance, ServiceNow, Power BI
