📋 Description

• Apply Agile values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions • Train, coach, and support Scrum teams at different stages of their Agile maturity • Guide Scrum teams to follow Agile/Scrum practices • Actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint • Use empirical data to help teams assess and optimize their velocity and identify improvement opportunities • Address systemic impediments to the team's agility • Schedule and facilitate Scrum events and decision-making processes • Build a trusted and safe environment where issues can be raised • Participate actively in problem solving

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an Agile Scrum Master • Experience delivering solutions, especially information management and data engineering solutions • Experience coaching and developing Scrum team members • Scrum Master certification, preferably SAFe • Strong communication and presentation skills • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate with leaders, stakeholders, and users • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Fluent English required
