📋 Description

• Effectively coordinates, facilitates, and leads systems analysis, design, and definition, working very closely with customer staff and other DevSecOps team members (including business analyst (BAs), user interface/user experience (UI/UX) designers, engineers, technical leads) to design solutions that meet organizational business objectives. • Develops a deep understanding of the functional and technical landscape of the customer organization and missions so they can effectively integrate solutions. • Serves as consultants capable of helping customer business representatives and subject matter experts (SME) to understand the new capabilities and solutions that will meet business objectives. • Leads the business requirements and integration and documentation of epics, user stories, end-to-end workflows for new development, and enhancement of existing functionality. • Evaluates functional trends and provide recommendations for features and capabilities to meet business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (equivalent additional years of related experience may be substituted for degree). • Eight (8) or more years of IT experience focusing on development projects • Three (3) or years of experience working on DevSecOps projects. • Has a strong understanding and work experience in business requirements and integration of complex, enterprise-level services and systems. • Must be excellent collaborators and communicators who will comfortably and effectively work very closely with client and contractor staff.
