• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. • Experience: o Minimum 4 years of technical sales experience in the fluid transfer industry (pipes, fittings, valves, or related). • o Proven success managing a distribution network and driving sustained sales growth. • o Experience applying data and market analysis to guide sales decisions. • Skills: o Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills. • o Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. • o Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms. • Other: o Willingness to travel up to 50% across the Southeast region. • o Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a home office environment.
