📋 Description

• Support the planning and execution of a virtual B2B conference focused on procurement topics • Help set up and manage the conference platform and conference app • Assist in developing and implementing a communication strategy for visitors, sponsors, and panelists • Coordinate speaker outreach and manage both administrative and content-related communication • Help curate conference themes, session formats, and panel discussions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the event through digital channels • Maintain databases of contacts, schedules, and conference materials • Engage with procurement professionals, academics, and business representatives

🎯 Requirements

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields • Fluent in English or German; additional EU languages are a plus • Interest in developing strong organizational and communication skills • Motivation to learn about B2B event management, digital platforms, and marketing • Proactive and independent working style, with the ability to collaborate in a team • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack • Creativity and attention to detail in preparing compelling conference content • Interest in or experience with virtual event platforms and conference apps is a plus
