📋 Description
• Help to keep projects moving through the agency • Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, and processes • Work with all internal departments during the life of a project • Maintain electronic job folders based on established procedures • Pull weekly project financial reports • Schedule and prepare materials for team meetings
🎯 Requirements
• Detail and process-oriented • Good written and oral communication skills • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • High comfort level with technology • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
