📋 Description

• Serve as the internal point of contact and operational partner for projects • Liaise with strategic, creative, technology, operations, accounting, and administration teams • Lead projects independently, with possible assistance from an Assistant Project Manager • Lead complex projects and manage a larger book of business • Make decisions regarding project processes, timelines, budgets, and resources • Manage end-to-end project development according to business processes and quality standards • Prepare and submit medical/legal materials according to client guidelines • Create project status documents and provide internal and external updates • Lead daily and weekly production meetings • Maintain project management systems of record, including FinancialForce, Ziflow, and CRM • Lead process improvement initiatives • Create project milestones and detailed schedules and ensure deliverables are met • Develop staffing plans and keep deliverables within budget • Monitor project and campaign budgets weekly • Lead monthly internal reconciliation meetings and create client budget reports • Identify and mitigate project risks • Manage vendor and agency partner relationships • Coordinate internal and external resources with the resourcing manager and other project managers • Review monthly staffing projections • Present capabilities and processes internally and externally • Build relationships with development teams, vendors, agency partners, and clients • Support training of Assistant Project Managers • Manage an Assistant Project Manager, including bi-weekly one-to-one meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience • Pharmaceutical marketing agency experience required • AOR experience preferred • Bachelor's degree (BA) • Experience managing large cross-functional teams across account services, creative, strategy, database, interactive, and print production • Experience working with multiple vendors and managing their timelines and needs • Experience using MS Project or SmartSheets • Advanced experience using a project management financial platform • Excellent Excel skills • Experience leading process improvement efforts • Excellent written and verbal skills
