• Communicate with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and stakeholders from clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals by making outbound phone and/or virtual calls on behalf of the client. • Research territory targets, identify key players, map stakeholders, and generate interest in every interaction. • Work independently and assess business opportunities to effectively manage your territory and meet call expectations. • Consistently meet and exceed program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Build trust with clients through high-quality interactions. • Respond to all client requests within established timelines. • Log daily call activity in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. • Manage relationships with key influencers, clients, and all Inizio Engage business units.
