📋 Description

• Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches • Propagate a strong design practice, influence product strategy, and impact product execution and quality • Partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to find elegant but practical design solutions • Listen to users to develop product strategy and solutions that delight customers • Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, applying pixel-perfect detail or low-fidelity sketches as appropriate • Work hands-on on Injective web products and DAPPs • Help leadership craft Injective's products

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a UI/UX design role; consumer fintech experience preferred • Proven experience building excellent consumer-facing mobile and web products • Experience developing wireframes and prototypes • Ability to communicate optimally on an ego-free, highly energetic, cross-functional team • Excellent Figma and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects • Strong information design experience and a solid foundation in UX design heuristics • Deep knowledge and applied experience in graphic design, including layout, typography, and color • Portfolio demonstrating love and care for design craft • Passion for building and creating in a fast-paced startup environment • Based in North/South America or Europe time zones • Previous crypto-space experience preferred • Previous exchange experience (CEX or DEX) preferred
