📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • About INNOOVA INNOOVA is a Canadian consulting firm specializing in digital transformation, human capital, and enterprise technology solutions. • For over 25 years, we’ve supported organizations of all sizes in strategic initiatives involving platforms like Workday, Dayforce, SucessFactors, UKG and others. • Our services include governance, solution selection, implementation, and specialized staffing in project deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in managing HR or payroll technology projects. • Knowledge of HR processes (employee lifecycle, time and attendance, compensation) and payroll-related legal requirements. • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Workday, ADP, Dayforce, SuccessFactors, UKG, etc.). • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor’s degree in management, human resources, technology, or a related field. • PMP certification (or equivalent) and/or HRIS training (an asset). • Bilingualism (French and English) required.
