📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Workday Consultant or Senior Consultant – Functional or Technical. • Location: Canada (remote only). • Languages: Bilingual (French and English). • Type: Full-time or Contract. • Modules: HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Integrations. • We are hiring Workday Consultants and Senior Consultants (Functional and/or Technical) to support full-cycle implementations, post-production optimization, and advisory mandates across a variety of Workday modules.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–10+ years of experience with Workday in a consulting or enterprise setting. • Hands-on expertise in one or more modules: HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Integrations. • Strong experience with Workday deployments and/or post-production support. • Workday partner or SI (System Integrator) background is a strong asset. • Workday Certifications. • Fluent in English and French. • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.
