• Provide personalized coaching and strategic guidance, adapting your approach to each site's unique needs and location • Conduct in-person visits at sites or in the wider community to increase trial awareness • Offer telephone-based coaching to motivate sites and explore new recruitment strategies • Assist sites in identifying patient pathways and distributing materials around their facilities • Build strong relationships, keep sites motivated, and ensure ongoing engagement • Identify protocol challenges and share best practices within the team • Ensure all call and follow-up reports are completed accurately and on time
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant Clinical Research experience • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Word/Google Docs • Self-motivated with a strong ability to meet deadlines • Reliable internet connection • Familiarity with Skype (or similar communication platforms)
