📋 Description

• Analyzing clients’ business requirements and workflow; • Processing documents, interviews, workshops; • Engaging with clients to reveal their needs and requirements to craft a vision for the future solution; • Assist with onsite Gap Analysis (CRPs – Conference Room Pilots) Provide full demo to the facility that is going live with eWM to then identify any system/customer requirements that are not present in the eWM software. Document and record gaps; • Design application solutions to the Gaps (FAD writing); • Create testing materials; • Risk management and estimating the size of the possible solutions and their changes; • Develop a strong vision, assess gaps, and propose improvements for the projects; • Communicate with developers helping them understand the projects’ requirements and the best way to achieve them; • System configuration based on customer requirements; • Specify requirements in SRS, process diagrams, wireframes, and clickable prototypes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in functional or business analysis; • Work experience in the Supply Chain domain (must); • Experience working with WMS (Infor is a plus); • Subject matter expert on system configuration; • SQL knowledge is a plus; • Experience performing gap analysis; • Understanding of SDLC and agile development processes; • Experience in creating wireframes; • Experience with BPMN and UML; • Ability to translate business requirements to functional requirements; • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, attention to details; • Ability to work in an Agile environment: epic, user story, use case; • Ability to represent a workflow or process with the diagrams; • Technical background (will be a plus) and mindset; • Assisting with testing when needed; • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
