📋 Description

• Implement Oracle Absence and OTL modules, ensuring compliance with UK and US legislation. • Configure and optimize the system to meet client-specific requirements. • Write Fast formulas and perform advanced system configurations. • Lead and manage end-to-end projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. • Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of Oracle HCM modules. • Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM releases and industry trends. • Document and maintain project-related knowledge, ensuring knowledge transfer within the team. • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning. • Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Oracle Absence and OTL Consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations. • In-depth knowledge of UK and US legislation, particularly related to Absence management. • Strong proficiency in writing Fast formulas and configuring Oracle HCM systems. • Experience working on projects involving timecards in OTL is highly desirable. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver projects on time. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work. • A passion for staying updated with the latest Oracle HCM releases and industry best practices.
