📋 Description

‱ Responsible for meeting medical sales objectives and managing multiple priorities and projects within a defined sales territory ‱ Administer a sales program within a defined sales territory to enhance the awareness and understanding of the product range ‱ Develop and maintain sales targets within assigned area through established territory sales plans, expense plan goals and objectives ‱ Monitor and analyze monthly and quarterly sales figures and initiate appropriate action where necessary ‱ Develop and implement special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities ‱ Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and hospitals including physicians, medical staff, pharmacies, etc. ‱ Promote and detail the benefits of promoted product to professionals and paraprofessionals in the medical field through effective promotional methods ‱ Provide expert assistance in the preparation and facilitation of medical education programs to key opinion leaders ‱ Maintain a proficient level of product and disease knowledge in line with therapeutic areas accountable for ‱ Assume additional related responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

‱ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry ‱ Proficient in providing consultative solutions to senior medical professionals ‱ Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management ‱ Confidently led requirements development sessions and workshops in a software context ‱ Developed project documentation that reflects requirements i.e., functional requirements specifications or requirements traceability matrixes ‱ Demonstrated excellent project management capability from initial planning through to delivery ‱ Taken ownership of end-to-end processes from engaging the stakeholder for the initial session to deliverable/output signoff
