📋 Description

• - Develop inventive, cost-effective procurement strategies to support business goals. • - Source, evaluate, and engage reliable suppliers and vendors. • - Negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms, pricing, and service levels. • - Review existing contracts to ensure ongoing feasibility, compliance, and value for money. • - Build and maintain long-term, collaborative relationships with vendors and stakeholders. • - Provide guidance and best practices on sourcing and procurement processes across the business. • - Promote a culture of long-term cost savings and efficiency in procurement. • - Conduct risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements. • - Prepare regular procurement and vendor management reports for internal stakeholders. Designing and building dashboards. • - Perform additional tasks as required, reflecting the evolving needs of the role and organisation.

🎯 Requirements

• - Proven experience in risk management within a fast-paced environment. • - Strong background in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, financial invoices, and commercial terms. • - Demonstrated experience in end-to-end supply chain and vendor management. • - Hands-on experience with procurement management software and tools • - Familiarity with professional procurement tools and frameworks such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) is desirable. • - Adaptability & Collaboration – ability to work effectively with others and adjust to changing priorities. • - Accountability & Determination – drive to succeed and willingness to take responsibility for actions and outcomes. • - Empathy & Loyalty – compassion, patience, and commitment to building trust and strong relationships. • - Courage & Integrity – confidence to make the right decisions, even in challenging situations. • - Curiosity & Resilience – proactive approach to learning and reaching out during adversity. • - Attention to Detail – strong observation skills with a focus on accuracy and quality. • - Analytical Thinking – ability to critically analyse data, assess risks, and solve problems effectively. • - Communication & Organisation – excellent verbal, written, and organisational skills. • - Technical Proficiency – experience using Google Suite, Slack, email, and Jira. • - Relationship Building – proven ability to establish and maintain professional, positive interactions with stakeholders and vendors.
