• Run the 14-Day Activation Process for all new clients • Ensure each new client achieves 1–2 quick wins early (e.g., reactivations/upsells) • Guide clients through the program's roadmap and weekly assignments • Track client data (KPIs, activation steps, engagement), notice “yellow/red flags,” and run internal Save Play SOPs to prevent churn • Keep clients moving through the 4-Milestone Journey (Activate → Testimonial → Refer → Renew) • Conduct daily check-ins with clients via Slack/DM • Answer client questions via Slack/DM and follow up quickly when clients go quiet • Lead “momentum reset” calls when clients get stuck • Attend and support weekly group coaching calls • Extract wins, collect testimonials, and keep clients excited, engaged, and making progress • Update a unified tracker every day (client health, wins, KPIs, activation steps, notes) • Review client metrics and spot trends • Prepare weekly founder reports and run monthly health audits and churn sweeps • Coordinate internal handoffs (between the Founder, EA, Ads team, etc.) and continuously improve SOPs over time
• C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED, THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL BE SPEAKING STRICTLY IN ENGLISH DURING THEIR WHOLE SHIFT • Previous CSM or account management experience (bonus if in coaching, agencies, SaaS, or service businesses) • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Comfortable leading calls and coaching clients • Comfortable reviewing basic business metrics ( revenue, KPIs, P&L basics) • Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented. • Experience with Slack, Google Sheets, or basic analytics/reporting
