📋 Description

• Respond to guest inquiries via messaging platforms, email, and potentially phone calls as needed. • Provide friendly, concise, and professional communication aligned with brand standards. • Handle escalations, urgent guest issues, and schedule-based guest support during peak times. • Execute assigned operational tasks from a structured task list (approx. 10–20 tasks initially; growing to ~40 as proficiency increases). • Use internal tools to track and complete daily workflow (task management, scheduling, coordination tools). • Support turnover/cleaning logistics, such as coordinating cleanings, verifying schedules, and monitoring completion. • Assist with property readiness checks, documentation, and follow-up processes.

🎯 Requirements

• C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED • Prior experience in guest relations, hospitality, short-term rental operations, or similar customer-facing work • Comfort learning multiple tools and following detailed operational processes • Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks • Strong written English communication skills • Stable high-speed internet and backup power/connection solutions • Willingness to work during U.S. holiday periods as needed • Experience supporting U.S.-based teams (Preferred) • Experience with property management, STR operations, or resort cleaning/turnover coordination (Preferred) • Familiarity with AI tools or ability to adopt them quickly (Preferred) • Software - OwnerRez (Hub), Resort Cleaning, Upwork, G Suite (preferred) (Preferred)
