• Manage correspondence, including emails and legal documents • Organize and maintain case files and legal documentation • Conduct legal research and summarize findings • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents • Handle subpoenas, record retrieval, and document organization • Collaborate with in-house staff to ensure seamless workflow • Utilize law firm management software for billing and document tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as a legal assistant or paralegal preferred, particularly in personal injury or insurance defense • Strong administrative and organizational skills • Familiarity with American legal system terminology and processes • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF tools, and legal research platforms • Experience with legal billing and document management software (Juris, Time Matters) is a plus • Bilingual in Spanish is beneficial but not required
