• Provide sales management leadership for the clinical sales function in the Northeast region • Recruit, retain, develop, coach, and manage clinical sales talent • Lead the CAM team across existing and new install-base sites • Launch and grow clinical programs and drive commercial success • Achieve treatment-volume, regional utilization, and year-over-year account growth goals • Drive recurring revenue from service and disposables • Collaborate with Marketing, Service, and Clinical Apps teams on utilization initiatives • Coach the team on outreach strategies, account workflows, patient intake, and treatment efficiencies • Use hospital metrics to demonstrate growth from focused ultrasound programs • Analyze and report regional performance KPIs and leading indicators such as SDR • Ensure program performance aligns with business priorities and execution plans • Lead targeted neurology referral-network-building strategies • Influence cross-functional teams and help define and execute utilization-business priorities • Represent Insightec and coach the team in customer-facing situations • Focus on Insightec brain applications and neurosurgery
• Bachelor of Science in business, marketing, or another related field • MBA preferred • 10+ years of experience overall, including overlapping experience • 7–10+ years managing a regional team • 10+ years building relationships at multiple customer levels while representing a highly technical product • 5+ years in a startup or early-stage commercial environment • 5+ years implementing a novel product and growing procedure volume in new accounts or markets by influencing clinical and administrative stakeholders • 5+ years in a clinical or capital sales role directly responsible for procedure quota, recurring revenues, or capital revenues • Proven medical device sales experience with increasing leadership scope • Sales, marketing, or market development experience driving program growth • Strong business acumen and process-driven approach • Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and lead people • Ability to build relationships and influence internally and externally • Ability to inspire, motivate, and quickly gain trust and credibility as a leader • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability, with creative solution development • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders • Drive, self-motivation, accountability, and reliability • Ability to instill discipline and similar values in the team • Extremely organized, with ability to self-prioritize and project manage • Willingness to travel extensively, at least 70%
