📋 Description

• Process and post daily banking transactions across multiple global entities • Ensure accurate coding and allocation of banking transactions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Perform daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple currencies and bank accounts • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and finance systems • Work with internal finance teams and banking partners to resolve transactional queries • Support month-end and year-end activities through accurate and timely banking processes • Assist with treasury activities including cash forecasting, cash management and liquidity planning • Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for banking activities • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve manual processes through automation and AI-enabled solutions • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Global Finance • Report to the Financial Controller

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a transactional finance or banking environment • Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills • Experience processing high volumes of financial transactions accurately • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality • Confidence working across multiple systems and large datasets • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities • Experience working with multiple currencies and international transactions • Interest in process improvement, automation or AI-driven efficiencies • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, treasury operations or global banking environments would be advantageous, although not essential • Practical experience and capability valued above formal qualifications; candidates qualified by experience welcome
