📋 Description

• Define, maintain and communicate the overall test approach, plans, scope and priorities • Lead hands-on manual testing across Salesforce functionality, integrations and end-to-end business processes • Review requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to identify gaps and ensure appropriate test coverage • Coordinate functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing activities • Manage test environments, test data, dependencies, schedules and delivery risks • Own defect logging, triage, prioritisation, retesting and closure • Provide clear test progress, quality, risk and release-readiness reporting • Work collaboratively with delivery teams, business users and senior stakeholders • Maintain suitable test evidence, traceability and test closure documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Test Lead on complex digital or enterprise programmes • Strong hands-on manual testing experience, including test analysis, design and execution • Demonstrable experience testing Salesforce solutions • Strong knowledge of functional, integration, regression and UAT testing • Experience creating test strategies, plans, estimates and risk-based testing approaches • Confident ownership of the full defect lifecycle and test reporting • Strong stakeholder management, communication and team coordination skills • Current BPSS clearance is required
